Master's Thesis - 2004

In November 2004 I completed a Masters Thesis in Historical Studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. The subject of my thesis was a special wartime welfare program operated by the federal government to benefit some of the persons affected by relocations and internments conducted during the War.

The thesis is being published here for the potential interest of scholars.
